1992 - 2007
A Heart Forged in Empathy
Born on March 8, 1992, Shehroz's early life was marked by challenges that would break most. Having witnessed and survived profound family trauma and abuse from a young age, he developed an acute sensitivity to the pain of others.
During his early education at Allama Iqbal Higher Secondary Lyari, a turning point occurred in the 9th grade. Witnessing systemic flaws and cheating within the educational system, something clicked inside him. He felt an intense, burning urge to push back against broken systems and create something genuinely productive and honest. This drive eventually led him to choose an unorthodox path, prioritizing real-world purpose over conventional degrees, dropping out after the 12th grade to dedicate his life to human service.
2008 - 2012
The Edhi Years
Right after his Matriculation, Shehroz made a decision that would permanently shape his soul: he joined the Edhi Foundation. There is no greater school of empathy than working alongside Abdul Sattar Edhi. Shehroz served on the absolute front lines of human suffering.
As a telephone operator and control room incharge for emergency services, to managing critical donation systems. He worked on the heartbreaking, delicate task of identifying unclaimed bodies (Lawaris Lashon) through fingerprint data collaboration. He saw the fragility of life. He learned how to sit with people in their darkest hours, and the harsh realities of survival. It was here his innovative mind sparked—including conceptualizing the core idea behind Karachi's first-ever emergency boat medical service (EMS).
2013 - 2016
Building the Mind of an Architect
To build a revolution for special education, empathy needed to be backed by flawless execution. From 2013 to 2014, Shehroz entered the professional corporate world at "Walkies". Showing an incredible work ethic, he rose from a humble cashier to an assistant branch manager, and within a year, became the operations manager and sales trainer.
In 2015, his path led him to the Kiran Foundation. It was a year of profound personal and professional alignment—a place where he dedicated himself to grassroots social change, and beautifully, where he met his life partner who would stand by his vision.
2017
Mission Found: A Reception Desk That Changed Everything
In 2017, Shehroz took a job that many might have overlooked: he became a receptionist at a special needs school. For a man who had managed large operations and emergency services, sitting at a front desk seemed quiet. But it was here that his ultimate destiny found him.
Day after day, Shehroz watched parents walk through the clinic doors. He saw the exhaustion in their eyes, the quiet anxiety about their children's future, and the deep, unconditional love driving them to find answers. He watched the beautiful, innocent special children struggling to interact with a world that wasn't built for them.
"I didn't just see a job. I saw my life's true calling. I realized that my entire life—the trauma I survived, the emergency services I managed, the operational skills I mastered—was preparing me for this. To build spaces where these children could finally thrive. I've been chosen for this cause."
2024
The Turning Point: Shark Tank Pakistan (2024)
Every meaningful mission reaches a moment when the world finally notices it. In 2024, while working on a therapeutic project in Swabi, Shehroz recorded and submitted an audition video for Shark Tank Pakistan directly from the project site. With no expectations and no professional production, the application reflected only one thing, his genuine passion for improving the lives of special children.
Against thousands of hopeful entrepreneurs, he was selected. On the day of filming, the experience tested his patience before it tested his courage. After nearly 11 hours of waiting, Shehroz finally stepped onto the Shark Tank stage. There was no rehearsed script. No memorized speech. No polished performance.
He spoke honestly from the heart about the children he served, the parents he worked alongside, and the purpose that had driven him for years. His authentic, unscripted pitch resonated with the Sharks, leaving a lasting impression not because it was perfect, but because it was real.
The appearance introduced Solution.pk to a national audience and became a defining milestone in the company's journey. It amplified the mission, strengthened public trust, and brought the vision of accessible, customized therapeutic environments to families, professionals, and institutions across Pakistan.
What had begun as one man's purpose was now becoming a movement recognized across the country.

By late 2019, Shahroz stopped just observing and started building. What started as a heartfelt mission has scaled into a massive, trusted national movement. Parents, hospitals, and national institutions realized that Shehroz wasn't just selling equipment—he was building customized lifelines for children.
