Please read these terms carefully before using our products and services.

Therapy Product Usage & Safety Policy

At Solution.com.pk, we believe that therapy products are purchased by parents, guardians, therapists, educators, rehabilitation professionals, and institutions who understand their intended therapeutic purpose and safe usage.

All therapy, sensory integration, and rehabilitation products are designed to be used only under the supervision of a trained adult or qualified therapy professional. These products are not toys and should never be provided to a child for independent or unsupervised use.

Before purchasing or using any therapy equipment—including sensory swings, visual stimulation products, balance equipment, compression products, or any other sensory integration tools—we strongly recommend consulting your Occupational Therapist (OT), Physiotherapist (PT), Speech Therapist, Behaviour Therapist, Psychologist, or our product consultants to ensure the product is appropriate for your child's individual needs.

Solution.com.pk shall not be held responsible for:

Injuries, accidents, or harm resulting from improper, unsupervised, or unintended use of any product.
Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, negligence, modifications, overloading, or failure to follow professional recommendations.
Any therapeutic outcomes or clinical decisions made without consultation with a qualified professional.

Our responsibility is limited solely to manufacturing defects or material faults covered under the applicable warranty terms.

Important Recommendation

Every child has unique sensory needs. Purchasing multiple sensory products without professional guidance may result in sensory overload, inappropriate stimulation, or reduced therapeutic effectiveness.

For this reason, we strongly recommend:

Consulting your therapist before purchasing any therapy or sensory equipment.
Introducing one sensory product at a time unless otherwise advised by a qualified professional.
Using each product according to your therapist's treatment plan and recommended duration.

If you are unsure which product is suitable, our team will be happy to help you select the most appropriate option based on your therapist's recommendations.

Child safety is our highest priority. Proper assessment, professional guidance, and responsible adult supervision are essential for the safe and effective use of every therapy product.

1. Shipment & Dispatch

Orders are dispatched only after the required payment has been received and verified.
Standard products are dispatched according to their stated lead time, while customized products are dispatched after completion of manufacturing.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier or transport company, the shipment tracking details (where applicable) will be shared with the customer.
Large equipment, furniture, renovation materials, and turnkey project items may require special transportation arrangements and delivery schedules.
Shipping charges, unloading, crane services, or special handling charges are included only if specifically mentioned in the quotation or invoice.
Solution reserves the right to use any suitable courier or freight service for safe and timely delivery.

2. At the Time of Receiving

Customers are requested to inspect the package before accepting delivery.
Any visible damage, missing items, or packaging defects must be reported immediately to the courier representative and to Solution on the same day.
If a package appears severely damaged, customers should refuse delivery and notify our support team immediately.
Claims regarding transit damage or missing items made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
The customer's signature or acknowledgment at the time of delivery confirms that the shipment has been received in satisfactory condition, unless damage is documented at delivery.
For self-collection, customers are requested to inspect all products before leaving our facility, as claims for visible damages after collection may not be entertained.

3. Payment Policy

Orders are confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.
Orders below PKR 200,000 require 100% advance payment.
Customized products and made-to-order items require advance payment before production begins.
Remaining balances, where applicable, must be cleared before dispatch, installation, or project handover unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments should be made only to the official bank accounts or payment methods communicated by Solution.
Delayed payments may result in delays to production, dispatch, installation schedules, warranty activation, or after-sales support.
All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable government taxes will be charged as per prevailing laws.

4. After-Sales Services

Solution is committed to providing reliable after-sales support for all eligible products and projects.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, water damage, fire, or natural disasters.
Warranty periods vary depending on the product category and are mentioned on the quotation, invoice, or warranty certificate.
Customers should report any warranty-related issue promptly, along with photographs or videos where applicable.
On-site service visits outside warranty coverage may be subject to inspection and service charges.
Replacement of parts, repairs, or maintenance will be carried out according to the applicable warranty terms.
Consumable items and products damaged due to improper use are not covered under warranty.
Technical assistance can be requested through our official customer support channels during business hours.

5. Dropping Policies

Product Reimbursement: We will no longer reimburse products. Instead, eligible cases will be issued credit vouchers, which must be claimed/used within 7 days.
Order Pickup & Payment: If a client does not pick up their order or requests to keep the order on hold for 15 days after payment, we will no longer be responsible for arranging or guaranteeing delivery.
Project Hold: If a project remains on hold for 1 month after receiving the token payment from the client, we reserve the right to close the invoice without prior notice.

General Notice: Solution.com.pk reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Continued use of our products or services constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these policies.
